Ferrante Baseball
Meet Vic Ferrante
Growing up I was a dominant player at nearly every level and even proved it at the pro level making 3 all-star teams between the MiLB and independent leagues. I would come by this honestly by being the hardest worker, never giving up, and with a competitive fire that few could match.
I'm 6'3, 220 pounds, and used to hit balls
450-500’, threw 95 mph from the mound, and was the best player on every team I played on.
I don't say this to brag, but rather to make an example out of myself. Having the "goods" does NOT mean you have what it takes to reach your goals, in most cases its just not enough.
I would learn this the hard way. After a lifelong commitment to becoming the best player possible, being drafted 3 times, and even playing pro ball for 10 years, I never reached my full potential.
This is because I neglected the very thing that everyone told me I needed to improve...
My mindset.
It may be too late for me as a player but it is not too late for me to teach you what I've learned from my successes, and most importantly, my failures.

Mindset
Development
At the foundation of what I teach is the MINDSET. There is no such thing as a great ballplayer that doesn't also have a great mindset. Without the fundamental belief in yourself that it is possible for you to hit your goal, it will NOT happen. Without the grit and resilience to overcome obstacles
you will not last. It all starts with
the mindset.
Mental Skills
Training
The ability to focus on every single rep during both practice and games will determine what you get out. If you don't input the focus and effort how can you expect to get the desired output? You cant. Good news. The ability to focus is a muscle and by learning and implementing mental skills into your routine you can build your "focus muscle"to get the most
out of yourself.
Mental Hitting
& Approach
Everyone wants to talk mechanics, yes they're important, but your mechanics are useless if you don't have the right plan of attack at the plate. The right plan executed over and over again will help shape your mechanics while turning you into a consistent hitting machine! It's ALL in the Approach.
